These hi-liters conceal a small metal smoking pipe. The hi-liters open at the bottom to reveal a nice small light metal pipe. Hi-Liters measure 5" long by 3/4" diameter. Actual pipe measures 3" by 3/4" diameter. Bowl is 3/8" diameter. Each Hi-Lighter weighs approximately one ounce. They can be completely disassembled for thorough cleaning.
