SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING
Smokie Pipes, LLC ("Smokie Pipes") ships throughout the United States from our store in Versailles, MO. Occasionally, items may ship directly from the supplier or glassblower (only in the US).
Our products are for persons 21 years or older, we do not ship to minors. Smokie Pipes reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We are very serious about preventing illicit orders.
We cannot guarantee arrival dates or times. While we try our best to prevent any delays, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.
NOTE: Extra shipping charges may be incurred for oversized items. An additional $35.00 will be charged for any hazardous materials.
RETURNS
Smokie Pipes does not accept returns of merchandise, unless such merchandise is damaged during shipping.
All damaged products or order discrepancies must be reported to Smokie Pipes within one day of your receipt of the merchandise. If your product is damaged please see the details below on returning damaged merchandise.
Discounts provided by Smokie Pipes may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of Smokie Pipes. Smokie Pipes reserves the right to cancel any quantity discounts and may modify the discounted bill so that it reflects the full purchase price for items on the invoice that are not returned. (Smokie Pipes reserves the right to cancel any quantity discounts and re-bill an order based on the actual volume of merchandise kept.)

Damaged Merchandise
Upon receipt of your order please inspect all items carefully. If the box
appears to be damaged, please have the delivery driver sign the packing slip or
invoice, indicating the outer box was delivered damaged, and take photographs
PRIOR to opening the package.
If the shipment packaging is exposed or severely damaged, you are REQUIRED to take a photograph of the exposed or severely damaged packaging along with the attached packing slip to make any return after the point of delivery.
Please be advised that once shipments have been accepted, all products contained in that shipment will be deemed to be satisfactory.
To initiate a return and refund for damaged items please submit our Return Form within one day of your receipt of any damaged product.
All returns must be in new condition with original packaging and all accessories intact. No returns of used products or partial boxes can be made.
If the product has been used, even just once, we cannot accept the return. If a returned item is deemed used upon inspection, it is immediately destroyed. The used item cannot be replaced, a refund cannot be issued, and we will take action to prevent any future orders from that customer account.
Take photographs of the damaged product to attach in email, after submitting our Return Form. Please identify the original order’s invoice and item number within the subject
line of your email for reference during claims processing. Email should be sent to contact@smokiepipes.com.
All returns must be accompanied by a “Return Authorization.” Upon approval of a return, Smokie Pipes will issue a Return Authorization and provide for free return shipping of the damaged merchandise. Unauthorized returns will not be credited.
Please allow at least 5 business days to for the credit to be issued.
Cancellation
All cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee, regardless of whether
or not the order has been shipped. The 25% restocking fee is applicable to all
orders, including, but not limited to, orders agreed to via DocuSign, email or
verbally.
Change of Address and Incorrect Address
Any addresses submitted incorrectly will be charged a $25.00 charge for corrections/re-shipment. Please note any changes made to an address in transit will delay the packages.
Please be advised there will be a 25% restocking fee for all C.O.D. returned orders after a delivery carrier’s 3rd attempt to deliver and collect payment. The 25% restocking fee is based upon the order’s total procurement amount.
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ABIDING BY THEIR LOCAL LAWS REGARDING THE SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS TO THEIR LOCATIONS.
Smokie Pipes shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any
loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), or expense
of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly
or indirectly, from your violations of local laws.
SMOKIE PIPES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
